Our mission

is to help you use technology to achieve what you want to, rather than letting it control you.

We provide advice, training, technical support and other services to help you in your use of information technology.  We are not a retailer and basically don’t sell computers or computer accessories.

Qualifications and ExperienceThe Manager

Anne McEntee is the owner / manager and principal consultant. Her qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in IT (Monash), Bachelor of Science with 1st class honours, Certificate IV in IT Technical Support, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.  Prior to establishing The IT Girl in 2000, Anne acquired many years professional experience in various roles including computers, teaching / tutoring and science.  Anne continues to maintain her skills and knowledge with ongoing professional development.
